At North Star Peri-Operative Consultancy LLC, I am a registered nurse with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the operating room. Throughout my career, I have been licensed across multiple states and have worked extensively as a travel OR nurse, serving surgical facilities nationwide.
This broad exposure has allowed me to work inside ambulatory surgery centers, hospital operating rooms, and specialized surgical environments across the country. I have seen firsthand how different systems operate, where breakdowns occur, and what separates high-performing facilities from those struggling behind the scenes.
